Responsibilities:
Financial Planning: Collaborate with various departments to develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health and performance of the organization.
Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Cost Analysis: Analyze costs, pricing structures, and profitability to support strategic initiatives and product development.
Forecasting: Utilize financial models to project future financial performance and support decision-making processes.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and company policies.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.

, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
