Financial Accountant/Analyst

* Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets.
* Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* CPA designation or equivalent certification preferred.
* Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role.
* Strong planning and analytical skills.
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,185.
00 - $52,000.
