As a means of succession management and planning, Albemarle County Public Schools seeks to hire candidates to develop and follow best practice protocols for a school with a large number of enrollments and withdrawals throughout the school year.
This position will support the administrative team, the staff and students to ensure that effective transition techniques are developed and consistently employed.
This position will assist the school division in developing metrics, process and procedures to guarantee that our students who transfer in and out of our schools have the best support systems available.
In addition to coordinating all aspects of a program to support students in transition, this position will provide additional support to the school administration for some administrative functions.
