We are seeking a full-time Volunteer Services Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our volunteer program.
You will work closely with our Volunteer Services Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our volunteer services, assist with recruitment efforts, and maintain records.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of patients and their families while working alongside a caring and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments, ensuring proper coverage for patient care.
Orientation and Training: Assist in organizing volunteer orientation sessions and training programs.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for volunteers, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on volunteer program metrics and outcomes.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of volunteer appreciation events and recognition initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; previous experience overseeing volunteer assignments for patient care.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
