We are currently seeking an ambitious Administrative Assistant to join our team in supporting the Director of Operations.
*Job Summary: *
The ideal Administrative Assistant helps our entire team from sales to CEO with:
* provides remote support
* Strong organization and prioritization skills; demonstrated history of successfully managing multiple concurrent initiatives and maintaining one’s own workflow
* Provide extensive and continuous calendar management, travel management, expense management, event registrations and detailed meeting plan management, and all other administrative support.
* Act as representative regarding internal and external relations and correspondence and screening communications.
* Utilize efficient time management with the nuances of complex administrative assistance.
* Receives incoming communication or memos from Logistics team, Sales team and others.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with a wide variety of internal and external clients
* Proficient in scheduling meetings, event logistics, communication and heavily team oriented while working independently and efficiently
* Ability to effectively exercise discretion and judgment in handling confidential/proprietary information
This position will have a direct reporting line to the Director of Operations.
It will also occasionally offer logistical assistance to senior-level staff, team members, and external collaborators and contacts, all in support of our agency's goals and objectives.
