We need to hire a Service Advisor/Parts and Sales Associate for our busy Service, Parts and Counter Sales Department.

Responsibilities
Service Advisor/Parts and Sales Associate:
· Advise customers about necessary services and routine maintenance
· Obtain vehicle information, give customers accurate written cost of maintenance/repairs
· Open and close repair tickets
· Schedule maintenance appointments
· Communicate with customers to let them know when work is complete
· Review repair orders to ensure accuracy
· Communicate with Service Technicians
· Maintain Stihl and other parts and consumable inventory
· Advise customers about Stihl equipment sales and parts
· Advise customers on the phone about service, parts or equipment needs.
· Provide the best experience for our customers
Qualifications
Service Advisor/Parts and Sales Associate:
· Experience working with and understanding the operation of Stihl products, tractors, lawn mower, small engines and ATV/UTV
· Excellent people / communication skills
· Positive attitude and works well in a team environment
· Sales and/or Customer service Experience
· Knowledge of Powersports mechanical operation
· Good multitasking and organizational skills
· High school diploma or equivalent (college degrees welcome)
· Basic computer skills, basic social media marketing skills
· Stihl or other small engine certifications are encouraged
· Valid Driver’s License
