in Education or another human services field is strongly recommended.
Experience working with children in a professional or volunteer setting is required.
You *must have experience in a child care center* to be considered for this position.

The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and come to work on a daily basis.
Continuing professional development is part of our work culture.
We have at least five paid staff development days build into our yearly calendar.
Candidates should be capable of being physically active for long periods of the day.
Starting hourly pay rate is more than three dollars over minimum wage.

Westminster Child Care Center will pay for you to acquire your ten hour pre service training.
