Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional hospitality service
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for hotel management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle guest issues effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest transactions
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
