Job Title: Part-Time Driver Company: Campus Ford Location: Waynesboro, Virginia Summary: Join our team at Campus Ford in Waynesboro, Virginia, and become an essential part of enhancing our customers' service experience.
As a part-time Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' comfort and convenience by driving them to and from their homes or offices while their vehicles are being serviced.
We're seeking a responsible individual with excellent driving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Essential Duties: Safely drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicle repairs are completed.
Transport cars from dealer to dealer in and out of state Exercise good judgment and safe driving practices at all times.
Maintain a timely shuttle route to ensure prompt service.
Assist passengers with getting in and out of vehicles as needed.
Utilize communication devices, such as radios, to stay in contact with the dealership or other vehicles and report any service disruptions.
Keep detailed records of trips, including passenger names and destinations.
Notify the dispatcher or service manager of any maintenance needs for the shuttle vehicle, such as oil changes, tire rotations, cleaning, or general upkeep.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Campus Ford.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads and routes.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
Previous experience in customer service or transportation preferred, but not required.
Other Details: This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
