Working Rocking Chair with Wear (Charlottesville)

Old (maybe vintage?) small blue rocking chair that's comfy and still works but has wear.
You can put a chair cover over it to hide the flaws.
It has a nail sticking up in the back bottom area, so it's not for a household with toddlers who could find the nail.
This was in storage in a closet for years, so it gathered dust.
I spot-cleaned it with a nontoxic solution of water and white vinegar, but it has some stains that didn't come out.
It also has a small tear at the bottom that could probably be sewn up.

It's about 25" deep, 28.
5" wide, and 35" high.
