Lost sketch/notebook (Charlottesville)

12x9 inch spiral bound sketch pad with black plastic cover.
Blue mechanical pencil clipped to spiral.
Filled with lists, journal entries, electrical diagram sketches, etc.
No value except to me personally.
Last had at Charlottesville Lowes, most likely on a cart in the parking lot near the lumber entrance.
$100 reward upon return.
