Black female lab puppy

Female purebred American lab puppy.
Not registered.
Not house or crate trained.
9 months old.
Been around other dogs big and small she is still a puppy so plays rough with little dogs not knowing.
Chases cats.
Loves water the couple times she had been to the river.
Loves fetch doesn't really understand bringing it back to well.
We are moving and unfortunately can't take her with us.
