Responsible female with dog needing room (Virginia)

Cannot already have a dog, my dog is aggressive towards them especially females/takes a long time to get used to living with one (if you have lots of patience we could work it out she currently lives with 2 girl dogs but it took a long time to get a peaceful environment lol) I’m 23 and currently starting my own cleaning business by myself so income is still building but it’s there.
So low costs are needed max would probably be $500 a month but that would leave me struggling haha.
I am also an artist so when I am not out cleaning im in my room drawing or taking my dog out for walks.
