i am a recent transplant to the charlottesville area, and i’ve been staying in airbnbs for the last few weeks, which has been financially devastating and is untenable.

i dont really know many folks down this way, i work many many hours a week, and im pretty handy around the house.
i typically get home from work about 11:00 PM.
i’m not going to plant a weed farm in the attic or turn the living room into a cryptocurrency mine.
i don’t mind if *you* have a weed farm in the attic or mine crypto with maximum wattage, just saying i don’t have designs to do so myself.
i really just need a quiet place to rest in between shifts that doesn’t cost $75 a night.
