Month to month (Charlottesville)

Looking for month-to-month small space rental(including 1 bathroom.
) Albemarle, Greene or Orange(western) preferred.
Possibly Madison.
Small finished space including tiny home, farm building, auxillary, etc would be a good fit.
If it's a room within a home I would need to lease or sublet from a woman.
I would use shared space minimally.
I am used to wooded lots with plenty of space however, open to other places too at this time.

Looking for around $800 or under month-to-month.
Locations right off of major highways like 64 or 81 would be declined.
