Looking for room (Charlottesville VA)

Looking to rent a room.
$600-900 a month.
I'm a woman with a medium size dog.
So must be pet friendly.
I'm quite and mostly stay to myself.
The dog is house trained and not a barker.
Not a party type.
And don't drink.
I'm 4:20 friendly but don't use.
I need to be in a area I can walk the dog as needed.
Furnished would be nice.
Shared bathroom and kitchen is fine.
