Asset Protection Associate

* Keep vestibules clean and clear of spills and trash.
* Monitor the front of the store for safety and security risks.
* Respond to the entrances during Inclement Weather by getting mats down, safety cones visible, cleaning up residual water etc.
* Assist in emergency situations.
* Greet.
Help.
Thank all customers as they enter and exit the store * Act as a visual theft deterrent (NOTE: AP Service Team Associate is NOT an Authorized Associate, as defined in policy AP-09, and can only act as a witness to an investigation or detention from a safe distance).
* Mark items coming in for return.
* Check receipts on unbagged items.
* Remove and deactivate merchandise protection devices.
* Conduct associate package checks in select states.
* Report suspicious activity to the AP Investigators, AP Team Lead or AP Ops Coach.
