Looking for a nice, clean, responsible roommate.
4 bed, 2 bath house.
Bedroom is unfurnished.
Front guest full bathroom is available for use.
I use the master bath and it is only me living in the house so basically it is a private bath for you.
Rest of the house is shared and furnished.
I do have 2 medium size dogs, no cats.
I only have a 1 car garage, so parking on the street in front of the house is available.
Ponds and walking trails are right outside the house.
Clubhouse has a pool open during the summer and a small gym.
