This role requires attention to detail, creativity, brand awareness, engagement, adoption, and great execution skills.
This role is responsible for being the “boots on the ground” marketing lead who will drive leads into the practice through B2B networks & relationships.
You will be responsible for measuring ROI through B2B referrals, events, sponsorships and continuing to optimize field marketing activities.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will work under the direction of the Director of Field Marketing.
Key Job Functions*:
Calling on dental providers who have patients who would benefit from orthodontic treatment and sharing what makes our practice different.
Service and follow-up with established dental referral sources to determine and implement steps to increase patient referrals.
Studies and implements current and new sales/marketing initiatives based on practice developments, technology and techniques.
Maintains, creates and distributes practice literature on orthodontic education to potential and current referral sources.
Organizes and manages daily/weekly/monthly marketing schedule for achievement of monthly referral target numbers.
Meets with marketing leadership on a defined schedule to discuss area challenges, opportunities, outcomes, current and new marketing messages, and review of current status.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
A qualified candidate should be an accomplished marketing and customer engagement professional with the following minimum competencies:
Bachelors in Marketing and/or 3-10 years marketing/Business Development
1-3 years of orthodontic marketing experience is a plus
Proven ability to impact business growth through marketing efforts
Travel to multiple locations + surrounding areas as needed
Valid driver’s license
Prior experience in business-to-business sales preferred.
