We engineer, design, manufacture and construct custom refrigeration solutions for our customers all across North America.
We are looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined, and ambitious Sales Engineer to help us provide expert solutions to our customer base.
Job Role: The Sales Engineer is responsible for growing our customer base & managing the existing customer base for our regulatory compliance software portfolio and our Aftermarket Services teams.
This position requires ownership of multiple operational aspects for our different accounts, including recurring engineering, training, & software sales, monitoring account compliance activities, and managing c-suite executive initiatives.
Key Duties:
Leverage your technical expertise to understand and articulate engineering concepts and design to our customers
Full sales lifecycle—own the entire customer engagement process from prospecting new business opportunities with new and existing customers within the refrigeration sector
Collaborate with our engineering services team to design and bid a solution.
Work with the customer to secure and implement the project
Become a trusted advisor for our customers & nurture relationships with key decision makers for existing and new customer accounts
Serve as a technical consultant across our product and services options to ensure alignment with customer requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are being addressed
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and promote the brand and our services
Handle general customer service with existing accounts and new business accounts, including communicating directly with the customers to facilitate services after quoting is completed
Work with marketing to grow our leads and customer base through various methods including prospecting/cold calling, referrals, emails, networking, content creation, and social media.
Maintain CRM with accurate customer information
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from an accredited university
Ability to interact with site-level personnel and corporate executives
Mechanical inclination; this role requires technical communication with our customer base
Proficiency with CRMs such as Hubspot/Salesforce
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills & professional email etiquette
