Responsibilities:
Work closely within a team environment.
Process client policy renewal continuation, endorsements, change requests, certificates, manage commercial property statements of values, negotiate with underwriters, occasional re-writes, add on, and spin offs.
Process new business in accordance with agency workflows.
Take ownership of client relationships, tasks and strive for excellence with regards to client retention service and working with team members.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of agency and insurance carrier partner procedures, workflows, and develop relationships with carrier underwriters.
Skills and Experience:
Property & Casualty insurance license.
2-4 years insurance industry experience advising business owners and entrepreneurs.
Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
Organized with a strong sense of urgency.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and video communication (Zoom, Teams).
Experience with Applied Epic is a plus.
Spanish is a plus.
