As a Building Maintenance Mechanic, you will:
Perform preventive maintenance on buildings systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly and efficiently to diagnose reported issues and make repairs, utilizing technical knowledge and expertise.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring all work is completed to code and safety standards.
Regularly inspect and maintain building exteriors, such as roofs, windows, doors, and façades.
Monitor and document maintenance activities, keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Conduct routine inspections and assessments of buildings, identifying maintenance needs and potential issues.
Work with other maintenance team members and contractors to tackle complex projects and complete tasks on time.
