plumber wanted - $1 (Barboursville)

looking for a plumber for a small project that isnt out to rob me and willing to do as i ask instead of trying to sell me extra work that isnt needed.
willing to pay a fair price for honest work.
i have tried to deal with the larger outfits, one left the job half finished, another one tried to tell me that work needed to be done that had nothing to do with the work that was asked for and was not needed to begin with.
