Housing needed (Howardsville area)

We’re a family of 8 moving into the Howardsville/ Schuyler area.
We’re wanting to buy land but the right property hasn’t came up yet so we need a place to stay for about a year.
We can pay a years rent in advance.
Our move in date would be around February.
We just need to have a large yard, and the living space needs to be completely separate we like our privacy.
