I am a retired professional from the film industry living with my grown daughter, who is an excellent and well known pet sitter in high demand in our area.
We are looking for a small house, cabin, cottage, etc to rent as a single family home.
We do need at least 2 BR.
We are both very people oriented and get along well with people from all walks of life.
We are excellent renters and would take care of your property as if it were our own.
We currently live in Charlottesville, VA in a small house on a farm that we have been renting for @ 10 years, so we have excellent references.
We do maintain the property and over the years have done exterior painting, interior painting, provided minor maintenance, and planted a vegetable garden and a flower garden.
We both are looking for a change of scenery and would love to relocate to the Lake Anna area on the water! We are on a limited budget and hope to find something for @ $1,000 a month.
My daughter will be doing pet sitting in the area.
I work remotely from home via
computer.
We do have a 16 lb.
West Highland White Terrier who is house trained, and an elderly cat who is litter trained.
We have our own furniture, refrigerator and washer & dryer.
Something close to or on the water is a definite plus!! We don't mind at all finding a little fixer upper, where we could paint and decorate! And we would definitely want to put in a garden.
