Looking for a place for my tiny house! (Charlottesville)

I am an incoming masters student at UVA in my mid 30s.
I am looking for a place to park my cute tiny house (that i built) in or around Charlottesville I would need access to electricity and an exterior water spigot.
My house is 18 feet long by 8 feet wide and 13.
5 feet tall.
